My husband called Cory when our furnace wasn’t working and he walked him through it in about 5 minutes. We greatly appreciate it! We have heat!!!!!!
I called Becker & Becker at 8:30 am today, it’s now 9:40. Steve was at my house within 10 minutes of me calling. He was great, extremely professional and courteous. Steve had my water heater up and running in under an hour. I can’t recommend them enough! Fantastic service, will only use this company from now on. Thanks again Steve.
Had them quote and install a ductless mini split in our master bedroom addition that just never was quite warm enough or cool enough. They gave a very fair quote and were able to get it installed within just a couple weeks. Owner came with his crew the morning of the install to make sure they were clear on the install. The men who installed it were great to work with and wore booties over their shoes every time they came back inside. Upon completion they left me a clean job site and made sure I understood my equipment before they left.
I had a sewer issue that Becker and Becker helped with. While the problem wasn’t resolved (not by any fault of theirs!) they were extremely professional and helpful. Ryan, the tech, even helped clear the snow at the end of my driveway after the plow came by. They referred me to a drain specialist in the QC area that was helpful. I would definitely call them again. I also spoke to Cory on the phone and he was very patient with me when I was stressed about the project. Great guy!
